During the summer holidays the Museum of Afican art will organize a series of free youth workshops.

The course “Africa through symbols - creative workshops for high school pupils” will introduce participants with the importance and significance of various symbols that appear in West Africa, with special emphasis on the Adinkra symbols of the Akan people in Ghana.

Program "Africa through symbols - creative workshops graphics" will be held in the premises of the Museum of African Art in five groups:

- I group from 20 to 24 June;

- II group of 4 to 8 July;

- III group from 11 to 15 July;

- IV group from 15 to 19 August;

- V group from 22 to 26 August.

The workshops are organized thanks to the support of the Secretariat for Youth and Sport.

The troupe Erin’s Fiddle, promoter of the Irish folk dance will hold a concert in the great hall of Dom omladine on December 18 at 20:00. The dance troupe Erin’s Fiddle was founded in 2006 and in a short time it has become the largest dance company of its type in the region. Traditional city event Street of Open Heart which is held on the 1st of January many decades in Belgrade, this year will be organized under the slogan Love keeps us warm. The event takes place in Svetogorska Street, part of Makedonska Street, and for the first time in Skadarska Street in Belgrade, where the carnival atmosphere brings thousands of  visitors to enjoy entertaining program.
