Monastery of the Holy Archangel Michael

The monastery was erected during the 14^th century in the style of the Morava school. Historical records mention it from the 16^th century onwards. It was destroyed and rebuilt several times. The narthex contains the family tomb of Jevrem Obrenović, while the grave of Vojvoda Vasa Čarapić rests against the northern wall of the narthex. The Patriarch Pavle was also buried there.
