The Local History Museum In Zemun

The Local History Museum in Zemun is housed in a building which used to belong to an eminent aristocratic family of Spirta. The house was built in 1855, and it is the only neo-Gothic edifice preserved in the wider Belgrade area. It belongs to cultural goods owing to its extraordinary architectural style and preserved interior. The Museum is not currently open for visitors due to renovations and preparations for the new permanent exhibition.
